About Us:
Prime Motors is a well-established, customer-focused car dealership based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. We take pride in delivering a high level of service across all areas of our business — including sales, service, and administration. We're currently looking for a proactive and highly organised Service Advisor to join our team and support the smooth running of daily operations across the entire dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Check in new stock arriving on site, ensuring accurate records and inspections are completed
* Upload and manage vehicle documentation and service history into internal systems
* Communicate professionally with customers, providing updates and handling enquiries throughout the process
* Carry out general administrative duties to support sales, service, and parts departments
* Assist with aftersales and general customer queries, both in person and over the phone
* Carry out driving duties such as moving vehicles between sites or collecting/delivering vehicles to customers
* Maintain clear communication and coordination between departments
What We're Looking For:
* Being highly organised is essential
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the motor trade
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Good IT skills and confidence working with digital systems (training provided)
* A full UK driving license is required
* A flexible, team-oriented approach with a positive attitude
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
