Job Description – Store Manager
Location: Buttercrane Shopping Centre Newry
Reports to: Area Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge and personal service.
* Ensure the store is presented to the highest visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
* Manage stock levels, deliveries, and inventory control to minimise loss and maximise availability.
* Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

* Proven retail management experience .
* Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
* Highly organised with good attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and make confident decisions.
