£35,000 plus car allowance £4,000 Must be eligible for SC Clearance (Must have been a UK resident for the last 5 years). The role and what youll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis: Littlefish is seeking an Onsite Engineer to come and join our growing Service Delivery team. As the Onsite Engineer, your main duties will include providing effective onsite technical support to Littlefishs customer on a dedicated basis, for desktop/laptop/printer/application issues and installations, as well as basic network/server troubleshooting and administration. Your knowledge of End User Compute technologies will be critical to this role through our Device Lifecycle Management service where you will build and deploy Laptops, Desktops, Mobile Phones, and other specialist use equipment across the customer estate. This will include travel to various other customer locations. You will need to communicate effectively with the customer and manage technical queries in line with Littlefish standards and customer specific SLAs. What are we looking for in the successful candidate? Full UK Clean Driving License (plus own vehicle)

Be able to demonstrate IT-related problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of IT infrastructure support working across a range of up-to-date technologies including desktop/laptop/printer hardware/video conferencing (Surface HUBS), Office 365, Exchange, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, iOS, deployment technologies Intune/WSUS/MDT. Exhibits commercial awareness. Ability to self-motivate and work unsupervised. Assesses risks effectively and the implications of your actions/advice to Littlefish and the customer.
