LoveGunn are looking for a Motion Designer.
We’re looking for a talented and creative Motion Designer to join our creative team.
At LoveGunn, motion is baked into how we build brands from day one. You’ll work as part of a tight, collaborative team across sport, automotive, tech and lifestyle - embedding motion-first brand thinking and creating best-in-class work for ambitious brands. You'll help to define and deliver both 3d and 2d motion design that elevates narratives, builds identities, and pushes creative boundaries across every touchpoint.
What you’ll be doing
* Bringing ideas to life through 2D and 3D animation, film editing and sound
* Creating motion systems that are ownable, flexible and strategically sharp
* Collaborating with creatives and strategists from concept to delivery
* Experimenting with formats, tools and workflows - always pushing what motion can do for brands
What we’re looking for
* A thinker who’s fluent in motion andunderstands brand
* A portfolio that shows taste, control and energy across formats and sectors
* Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to clearly articulate ideas to both the team and clients
* Confident in Adobe CC, After Effects, C4D/Redshift, Figma and Premiere
* 3+ years in a brand, creative or motion-first studio
What you’ll get
* £37,000 - £42,000 (DOE)
* 4 day week working pattern
* Hybrid working (2 days in London office)

* Time off between Christmas and New Year (excluded from holiday allowance)
