Position: New Business Administrator (Business Support – New Business)

Department: Ultimate Asset Finance

Responsible to: Head of Business Support

Location: Lutterworth. Hybrid and flexible work options available.

About the team

Asset Finance at Ultimate Finance is built to keep deals moving. We provide tailored funding for hard assets such as vehicles, equipment and machinery quickly, clearly and with support that stays close. Working side‑by‑side with brokers, customers and internal teams, we shape the right solution, deliver a strong customer experience and apply smart risk controls and operational discipline to get deals completed smoothly and responsibly.


About the role

A proactive and customer‑focused operational role, this position plays an important part in ensuring our clients receive a smooth, reliable and professional service from the very first interaction. The role entails processing new deals, ensuring the onboarding process runs smoothly, efficiently and commercially. As a regular point of contact for clients, brokers and introducers, you will represent the business with confidence, clarity and professionalism, helping to create a positive experience at every touchpoint. Working closely with colleagues across the wider team to ensure all aspects of the New Business procedure are adhered to professionally, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work are essential.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide a full and professional Asset Finance service to clients, brokers and introducers.
* Process pay‑outs of new deals.
* Be familiar with all aspects of the New Business procedure for new and existing clients.
* Carry out the necessary verification for new clients and brokers.
* Conduct initial risk assessments following verification; resolve issues that may cause delays or lead to holding off the deal.
* Manage diary and workload to prioritise tasks in line with expectations.
* Accurately maintain client and facility records in systems, continuously monitoring debtor records, trading styles and addresses for accuracy.
* Liaise with the Asset Finance team to ensure the highest levels of risk management and service are maintained.
* Assist the Ultimate Finance team, including management and Sales, where required.
