A pioneering player in the global energy storage market is looking for a dynamic and commercially astute Head of Sales (Energy Storage). The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and executing our go-to-market approach, forging key partnerships, and driving growth across target regions.
The Head of Sales (Energy Storage) will:
1. Leverage an established network of industry contacts to unlock commercial opportunities and initiate high-value conversations.
2. Develop and execute targeted go-to-market strategies aligned with regional and sector-specific priorities.
3. Manage the full sales lifecycle — from opportunity identification to negotiation and deal closure.
4. Represent the company at key industry events and forums to build brand visibility and foster relationships.
5. Act as the primary commercial interface for clients, delivering tailored solutions and insight-led pitches.
The Head of Sales (Energy Storage) will have:
* A black book of established contacts within Energy Storage, EV Charging, Solar, Data Centre, or related energy sectors in the UK.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Basic technical knowledge of battery systems, energy storage, and the distinction between energy and storage.
* At least 7 years in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships within relevant energy sectors.
* Proven success in consultative, relationship-led selling with complex deal structuring experience.
