Part Time Sales Administrator\n\nWe are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Sales Administrator to support our sales, quality control and dispatch processes. This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, order processing and logistics coordination.\n\nLocation: Outskirts of Leeds City Centre with parking \n\nSalary: £26,000 pro rata \n\nHours: 8am to 2.30pm or 3pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, open to options/flexibility - all office based \n\nKey Responsibilities;\n\nQuality Control & Dispatch\n\nCheck products against customer orders to ensure accuracy\n\nVerify payment status prior to dispatch\n\nPack products carefully to ensure safe transportation and avoid breakages\n\nProduce dispatch documentation for courier deliveries and collections\n\nCollate dispatch paperwork for invoicing and archiving\n\nSales & Customer Administration\n\nRespond to customer enquiries via email and telephone\n\nProduce quotations in line with agreed pricing policies\n\nProactively follow up quotations to support sales conversion\n\nProcess customer orders upon receipt of purchase orders\n\nProcess payments and handle cash
