What does this role involve?
The Store Manager Designate will support various locations, focusing on:
* Driving sales and achieving targets
* Providing excellent customer service as expected by the British Heart Foundation (BHF)
* Leading and developing staff and volunteers
* Deputising for Store Managers
* Stock management and visual merchandising
* Recruitment and training of staff and volunteers

Willingness to travel between stores is essential, and a full UK driving license is required.
