You’ll be working in a high performing team, with peers always trying to reach the next level. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you have a massive role in shaping and creating the culture at Kraft Heinz, through attracting and hiring the right candidates. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders!
In brief, you will be responsible for;
1. Own the full recruitment cycle for UK & Ireland recruitment, including; sourcing, selecting, assessments, interviewing, hiring.
2. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key business stakeholders to establish current and future hiring needs.
3. Manage relationships with external partners (e.g., Universities and agencies).
4. Train the business on talent best practice - interviewing skills & unconscious bias
5. Deliver Inclusive hiring process improvements
6. Assisting with recruitment of Trainee/Intern/Apprenticeship Program.
7. Be the local lead on TA systems implementation and special projects
Qualifications
8. Guideline 5+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or consulting.
9. Proven ability to be a business partner and functional partner with peers.
