As an Office Assistant, your responsibilities will include…
* Managing incoming and outgoing post and courier services, including confidential documents
* Acting as the main contact for building management, contractors and suppliers
* Overseeing office access and visitor management, ensuring security procedures are followed
* Processing invoices, expenses and help monitor office spend, manage office supplies and equipment
* Handling reception duties, calls, meeting room bookings and general enquiries
* Helping organise office events, celebrations and engagement activities
We are looking for an Office Assistant with the following skills and experience…
* A background in a professional office environment, e.g. legal, finance, corporate
* Experience in office management, facilities, administration, workplace coordination or reception
* Confident dealing with senior stakeholders, visitors and suppliers
* Experience handling invoices, budgets or purchasing is a plus
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities at once
* Outstanding administration skills with strong accuracy and attention detail
In return, the successful Office Assistant will receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000, plus the following benefits…
* 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
* NEST pension scheme
* Salary Sacrifice Contributions
* Employer contribution capped at 3%
