What you’ll be doing…As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, support your team, and ensure excellent customer service and smooth running of the Restaurant/Café/Lounge areas. Lead and motivate team members to deliver high standards Monitor and maintain quality, hygiene, and safety procedures Manage staff scheduling and daily tasks Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly Support training and development of team members Report operational updates and challenges to management Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Working Pattern: 9am-5pm | 5 days out of 7.
