Interim O&M Director - UK Role Overview Lead and develop national operations for a large renewable energy asset portfolio, ensuring strong operational performance, customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes. This is an initial 6 months contract term. Key Responsibilities Define and deliver the country O&M strategy aligned with regional objectives Own national O&M P&L, including budgeting, cost control and margin improvement Oversee delivery of all operations and maintenance activities across the portfolio Ensure asset availability, performance and energy yield targets are met Lead and develop operational teams and external service providers Manage relationships with asset owners, partners, suppliers and regulators Identify opportunities for contract expansion, asset upgrades and optimisation Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements Monitor operational risks and implement mitigation plans Report operational and financial performance to regional leadership Requirements Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline Significant experience in renewable energy or infrastructure O&M Strong technical understanding of asset operations and monitoring systems Proven P&L and operational leadership experience Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills Fluent English and willingness to travel Success Measures Asset availability and energy performance Operational cost efficiency Portfolio growth and contract renewals EBITDA performance HSE and customer satisfaction Please forward your cv.
