Job Description We have an exciting opportunity available for an Airport Centre Coordinator to join the Heathrow Airport Operation team. Being the main point of contact between the company and the main client Giving support to the following departments: Airport Resolution Centre, Flight, Management Unit, Aircraft Dispatch Management, stand planning, Loading Control, Engineering and Aircraft Movements Attending daily meetings and communicating any transport issues Communicating with Airport Operations Manager regarding various queries both for the live and future operation Following and coordinating the live operation Monitoring aircraft changes and communicating to all relevant departments, checking catering figures, aircraft types, departure and arrival times, aircraft movements throughout the terminals Communicating any issues that could impact in the operations Support for Dispatch and Flight Coordinators Passionate and attention to detail Company Description Our production unit takes pride in offering top-tier luxury airline catering that is both elegant and sophisticated. Qualifications Excellent organisation skills, ability to prioritise and delegate effectively Ability to remain calm under pressure – It’s a busy department! Fun, but busy! Strong level of IT skills – you’ll need to be able to work quickly and precisely Customer care focused Good team player – it’s a job where you’ll all need to have each other’s back! Able to communicate effectively in English Flexibility in regards to your work availability is essential, as the Operation runs 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
