General Cleaner - Durham Summary We’re looking for a General Cleaner with the practical skills and eye for detail to keep Crook Hall Gardens in excellent condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit. What it's like to work here The National trust purchased Crook Hall gardens in March 2022, with visitor numbers growing with over 54k visitors for 2024. You'll be responsible for leading a high performing team, helping to achieve weekly and monthly KPI’S. Leading a cultural service with the responsibility for stretching targets and creating a great place for your welcome and service team to work in. What you'll be doing You’ll be helping with the day-to-day cleaning and presentation of the National Trust’s buildings and outdoor spaces. Duties such as cleaning, sweeping and litter-picking, both inside and outdoors, form a core part of this role. You’ll aim for the highest standards of customer service everywhere you look after.
