What You’ll Do
The EHS Manager is a key leadership role responsible for environmental, health, safety, and security at the site. Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading EHS activities and setting objectives
2. Reporting on EHS performance and ensuring compliance
3. Managing EHS metrics and regulatory findings
4. Fostering a strong EHS culture and employee engagement
5. Collaborating with leadership to achieve EHS targets
6. Supporting risk assessments and environmental impact reduction
7. Driving continuous improvement and third-party recognition
8. Managing EHS data and training programs
9. Ensuring operational controls are in place and effective
Qualifications
* Degree in Environmental Health & Safety or equivalent
Skills
* Engineering background (mechanical, electronic, electrical) preferred
* Experience with EHS Management Systems
* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
* IOSH membership
* Leadership and analytical skills
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Teamwork and independent initiative
* Effective presentation skills
