THE ROLE
Searchability are recruiting for a Paid Social Account Manager to join a high-performing digital team, taking ownership of campaign strategy and performance across a portfolio of client accounts.
You will lead activation, optimisation and reporting across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit and X, ensuring delivery against KPIs while acting as a trusted client advisor. You will also mentor Paid Social Executives, driving high standards across campaign delivery.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role with genuine ownership and leadership responsibility.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Leading campaign activation, optimisation and reporting across paid social platforms
Managing budgets, pacing and bid strategies to maximise ROI
Conducting account audits and identifying performance opportunities
Developing structured A/B testing frameworks
Writing creative briefs and overseeing asset quality
Acting as the day-to-day client contact
Delivering clear, insight-led performance updates
Supporting forecasts, roadmaps and tactical planning
Line managing and developing Paid Social Executives
Championing responsible AI usage within workflows
Collaborating cross-channel with PPC, SEO, CRO and Data teams
