Job Summary
We are looking for a receptionist to join our friendly, busy practice. The hours will be approximately 30/32 hours per week.
This is a permanent position.
Annual salary to be discussed depending on experience.
Experience Of GP Reception/Systm1 Preferred But Not Essential.
Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
This is a very busy but rewarding position.
Main duties of the job
Responsible to senior receptionist/Practice Manager
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills. Flexibility is imperative due to the nature of the role.
About Us
A busy teaching practice with 16000 patients based over 3 sites.
We have 6 partners, 2 salaried GPs, 4 nurse practitioners, 9 practice nurses, Nursing Associate, HCAs, phlebotomist and a good team of administrators and receptionists.
