Our international client is seeking to appoint a Trainee Claims Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to go through the CII qualification programme to become a fully qualified Claims Assessor. Training is fully supported by our client, the Certificate qualification takes around 12 months to complete, followed by the Diploma that can take up to 18 months. The role itself involves client and broker contact, so strong communication verbal skills are needed as well as the ability to articulate messages clearly via email, ensuring that the claims process is followed correctly. You would be managed by a Claims Manager in Guernsey and you can lean on colleagues in the Underwriting department as required. The role offers challenge and every day is different.
