We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic team players withgreat customer service skills to provide consultative, implementation, systemsupport, and professional services to a portfolio of assigned Yardi clients!
What you will do
* Advise and institute bestpractices relevant to clients in the application of Yardi products
* Consult with and providedirection to software end-users; assists end-users with the day to dayoperation of system software including financial reporting, accounting,and daily business operations
* Serve as a knowledgeexpert resource for specific user application(s) and as such is the pointof escalation for many application specific issues
* Identify ongoingapplication systems issues for assigned applications and initiate thecommunication of revisions and best practices
* Perform system andbusiness process reviews and other services reviews to identifyinefficient processes and makes sound recommendations for clientproductivity gains through the use of Yardi software
* Manage continued softwareintegrations, maintenance, and updates in collaboration with clients
* Research, analyze, andresolve software functionality and reporting problems for clients
* Identify when clientissues need to be escalated and determine the appropriate supportresources for problem resolution
* Evaluate company resourcesand software functionality in connection with prioritizing and respondingto client requests; provide recommendations and informed direction toclients regarding ancillary products and services that align with clientbusiness and operational needs and goals
* Collaborate internallywith analysts, designers, programmers, sales, and marketing with a focuson meeting client needs and maintaining high-level customer servicestandards; complete special projects related to department training andclient support; and perform other Yardi duties as assigned
What you need to have
* Bachelor’s Degree inBusiness, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences or equivalentexperience in the property management industry
* Yardi domain experienceand/or has demonstrated an ability to independently manage and resolve avariety of Yardi client issues and requests
* Demonstrate successfulcollaboration with Cloud Services, development, and escalation teams
* Independent, sounddecision making and problem-solving skills
* Client-centered commitmentand focus
* Competence in some of thefollowing areas, relational databases, and SQL.
* Proven ability to treatall employees and clients with respect and dignity.
* Understanding of propertymanagement industry and best practices
* Working knowledge ofaccounting practices
* Ability to meet criticaldeadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Collegial, team-orienteddisposition with the desire and ability to establish cooperative workingrelationships with employees at all levels within Yardi, outside of Yardi,and with clients.
