Job title: Assembly/Production OperativeLocation: AshfordPay rate: £12.21Contract: Ongoing temporary positionHours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5pm, early finish on a Friday!Benefits: Weekly pay, up to 28 days annual leave, free on-site parking and access to benefits hub.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and assemble electrical units by working from technical drawings, work instructions and guides.
* Operate a range of small hand tools and carry out basic soldering as part of the assembly process.
* Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality expectations and product specifications.
* Work efficiently to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience with soldering or electrical assembly would be a real advantage.
* A background in production, manufacturing, assembly or hands-on tool use is essential.
* Someone reliable, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
