Responsibilities
* Actively manage the caseload of employers in your agreed sector in line with their needs
* Promote the breadth of the college group offer across your employer sector in line with agreed KPIs to strengthen relationships in line with stakeholder needs
* Work with curriculum partners and group recruitment personnel to ensure compliant and timely enrolment of Apprentices to relevant programmes in line with their job descriptions
* Attend external events, as appropriate, to develop stakeholder relationships and strengthen college group reputation
* Host internal events, as appropriate, to develop stakeholder relationships and strengthen college group reputation
* Actively convert opportunities from WEX placements to Apprenticeship opportunities, working with partners across teams to convert all available opportunities in line with KPIs
Skills and Experience
* Knowledge and understanding of Apprenticeship delivery and legislation as well as their funding requirements
* Experience engaging stakeholders and external companies
* Ability to work on own initiative and identify tasks to be undertaken within the remit of the post
* Independent travel between sites required, so a driving licence and transport is essential
Qualifications
* Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent
* Relevant Level 3 qualification
