Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences? Cotswold Farm Park is looking for a Catering Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of our thriving F&B department.

With a bustling 180-seat restaurant, three additional outlets, and an exciting calendar of events (including our iconic Pumpkin Patch and Enchanted Christmas), we've transformed our catering into a destination in its own right.
Your Role
You'll oversee the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of our catering operations — from rota planning and event logistics to stock control and customer service. Managing a team of up to 30 during peak times, you'll lead from the front, ensuring everything runs like clockwork while helping shape the future of our F&B offering.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire our food & beverage team, ensuring high standards of service
* Manage staffing rotas, event setup, and operational logistics
* Oversee stock management, procurement, and cost control
* Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues proactively
* Help drive commercial success, identify new sales opportunities, and enhance our menus
* Champion health & safety, cleanliness, and food hygiene standards
* Support and contribute to strategic development alongside our Head of F&B
About You:
* Proven experience in hospitality, event catering, or bar management (festival or high-volume venue experience a bonus)
* Confident in managing teams, budgets, and large-scale operations
* Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
* Hands-on, physically fit, and comfortable working on your feet
* A natural people-person with a flair for problem-solving and innovation
