JOB ROLE Clinical management ; development of clinical protocols working with senior vet to maintain high clinical standards induction & supervision of all clinical staff at 3 sites
Working with clinical manager and practice manager reference HR and recruitment of nurses
Ability to cover all areas of the RCVS standard requirements
Experienced clinical coach
REQUIREMENTS
Quality of experience is more important than quantity but would expect a suitable candidate to have a minimum of 5 years experience in leadership role and the ability to manage a larger team
Further qualifications are desirable especially in leadership and management
RVN, preferably RPA ,RLA and must be clinical coach
Experienced consulting & client care skills
Ability to coach others in the veterinary team
Further qualifications encouraged
THE DETAILS
4 day week (8.30am till 7pm) plus one in five Saturdays 9-12 am
Additional 1 in 5 rota for hospitalised patient care
5 weeks holiday plus
SALARY £35,000.00-£38,000.00
