Overview
Job Title: Service Planner
Location: Chiswick (Hybrid)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9-5pm
Salary: £32–37k
Responsibilities
* Maintenance planning across all contracts
* Project support (CAPEX exposure acceptable)
* CMMS system management
* Work orders and spares administration
* Supporting engineers across multiple contracts/projects
* Some client and engineer interaction
* Submitting permits for work completion
* Light document control (organisation-focused, not heavy DC experience)
Background / Experience Required
* Experience in engineering environments
* Maintenance planning or CMMS experience essential
* FMCG or large production/manufacturing environment preferred
* Regulated industry experience beneficial (audits, compliance)
* Understanding of PLC/SCADA (basic level acceptable)
* Strong organisation, IT skills, communication and written ability
* Good level of qualifications demonstrating communication capability
* Industry Preference: Rail ideal but flexible – general engineering background acceptable
