Salary: £25,673.65 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Pattern: shifts Monday-Sunday 0700-2200 including weekends and bank holidays

Role
You will provide assistance to residents in need of physical personal care, carry out individual tasks with residents in line with their support plans, maintain or improve their quality of life and recognise signs of distress. Work with team to identify and assess positive ways to reduce distress and give residents control over their lives wherever possible.
About you
* Experience working in a customer focused residential environment, offering personal care to a diverse group of people
* Awareness of housing and Health and Safety legislation, national care standards awareness
* Flexibility to work hours to meet customer and business needs, which may include working outside normal office hours and lone working
