Job Title: Quality Governance & Reporting Manager
Salary: £43,800-£58,500 per annum
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (minimum of 2 days in Cambridge per week)
Contract: Full time, permanent, 35 hours a week

About The Role
This is more than a quality role, it's a chance to influence how we deliver world-class assessment services. You'll be at the heart of our transformation journey, helping us embed a culture of operational excellence and quality improvement.
You'll work across teams to ensure our quality management systems are robust, our reporting is insightful, and our services meet the highest standards. It's a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading the implementation and oversight of quality governance frameworks, including ISO 9001 and Plan, Do, Review.
* Developing and maintaining KPIs and reporting systems that give us a clear view of performance across the full delivery lifecycle.
* Conducting internal audits and compliance reviews and supporting teams to act on findings.
* Analysing quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborating with regulatory and operational teams to ensure we meet all compliance requirements.
* Supporting training and capability building in quality management across the organisation.
About You

* A strong background in quality governance, reporting, and compliance—ideally in a regulated or operational environment.
* Experience with ISO standards and internal audits.
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
* Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
* A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
