Position details
The shift pattern for this post is: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00.
This is a Fixed term post for 8 months.
We are seeking comprehensive secretarial support to several GUM Consultants and the wider organisation as required. The post holder will be part of the Business Administration team, this role is integral to patient services and provides administrative and secretarial services to the multi-disciplinary team as required. Sexual health services offer board-wide input across NHSGGC.
Responsibilities

* Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, prioritise workloads, and accurately input clinical and non-clinical data; be an effective team player.

Other information
As from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
