The role
You’ll join a motivated, forward‑looking team working with high‑spec systems across sound, lighting, video, staging, rigging, DJ/backline and site infrastructure. This role includes warehouse preparation, maintenance, installation and live event operation.

* Engineer and operate systems for events including exhibitions, sports, awards, festivals, classical concerts, roadshows, seminars and conferences
* Repair and maintenance of equipment and cabling systems (experience‑dependent)

* Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things properly
* Comfortable with long / unsociable hours, including weekends when required
* Professional approach to customers, suppliers and colleagues at all times
* Confident working both as part of a team and independently
* Good communication skills with staff, crew, clients and suppliers
* Full UK driving licence
Advantageous (but not essential)
