Person specification
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND TRAINING
* Registered practitioner at degree/diploma level, supplemented by post-registration diploma-level specialist training and/or short courses, or demonstrable extensive experience in the relevant specialty.
* HCPC and RCSLT registered.
BUSINESS TRAVEL
* Able to travel using your own vehicle on Trust business, subject to the provisions of the Equality Act.
JOB SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE
* Evidence of independent, timely clinical decision-making to lead self in development and learning, managing a demanding caseload.
* Evidence of autonomous working with the ability to seek clinical support as needed.
* Dysphagia competent (working towards dysphagia competencies for developing band 6).
* Demonstrable organisation and time management skills.
MANAGERIAL/SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE
* Evidence of supporting or supervising junior staff.
* Evidence of supporting or leading a student placement.
