Streamline Recruitment are looking for a Customer Operations Co-Ordinator on behalf of our client, a global distributor of specialty products for the oil industry, based in Wickford, Essex.
This is a full-time permanent position, Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm salary up to £26,000 DOE + Benefits;

Responsibilities;
7. Monitor and maintain stock levels at various locations
8. Process orders and complete invoices
9. Booking and arranging haulage
10. Customs clearance
11. Liaising with multiple departments to ensure orders are correct and sent out on time
12. Responsible for meeting individual and business targets within the agreed timeframes
13. Ensure all documentation and systems are always kept up to date
Requirements;
14. Previous Customer Service & Admin experience
15. Experience working within logistics/haulage/freight sector
16. Knowledge of Custom and Excise procedures, including export declarations
17. English and Maths GCSE Grade C or equivalent
18. Experience of using a CRM system, Sage 200 preferred
19. Stock management experience is essential
20. Strong attention to detail & time management skills
