*Cover Supervisor*
Location: Stockton
Salary: £100-£130 per day
Interviews being held w/c 2nd February 2026
An ‘good’ secondary with excellent resourced provision in Stockton is looking to appoint a confident and experienced cover supervisor to join their growing team.
The headteacher would like to hear from candidates that have strong behaviour management and can build positive a rapport with pupils and staff quickly and easily.
The staff at the school pride themselves on being friendly and supportive– making the school feel homely and a real community!
The main duties will include:
* Supporting the pupils in their education
* Teaching and managing the behaviour of up to 28 pupils during lesson time
* Working with a teachers to deliver their planning and resources
* Supporting the planning and delivery of creative and innovative lessons
* Promoting independence with life skills
* Providing an outstanding level of safeguarding and pastoral care
The ideal candidate will:
* Be available for work Monday to Friday
* Have experience as a teaching assistant
* Be proactive, energetic, kind and caring
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with ourselves)
* A fully checkable work history
