Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday: 8am–8pm; 2 Saturdays a month: 10am–2pm (35 hours) - Hybrid Working
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain a personal pipeline of leads and prospects.
* Follow up on enquiries, nurture leads, and convert them into sales.
* Clearly explain Vitality’s unique health insurance offerings and benefits.
* Tailor recommendations to match the customer’s needs and circumstances.
* Ensure customers are fully informed before making a purchasing decision.
* Adhere to FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
* Work closely with team members and managers to share best practices.
* Participate in training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
* Highlight the added value of Vitality’s wellness rewards (e.g., gym discounts, fitness devices, healthy meals).
* Encourage customers to engage with the health-enhancing aspects of their policy.
* Represent Vitality’s mission to make people healthier and protect their lives.
Required qualifications & skills
* Sales experience and/or contact centre sales is required.
* Top 3 skills: Sales & Persuasion, Active Listening & Customer Needs Analysis, Communication & Rapport Building.
