Total People is looking for an enthusiastic and experiencedLearning Coachto join our vibrantEarly years and Education Team on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis, based at our Northwich site.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Guiding and inspiring apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours they need to succeed in early years settings.
* Delivering engaging one-to-one coaching sessions, both remotely and face-to-face.
* Observing practice and providing meaningful feedback to support growth and development.
* Being a key part of a supportive, passionate team – even while working remotely.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* Early years experience.
* TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D32/33 Assessor Qualification or willing to work towards
* Hold and Early Years qualification
* Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent or willing to work towards.
* Experience of coaching to support learning
* Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload
* Coaching qualification
* Knowledge of Government funded training
