Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a National Account Executive - Asda to be based in the UK.
The National Account Executive (NAE) will work alongside the National Account Manager (NAM) and is responsible for achieving volume, share, profit, and net revenue targets for Asda. The NAE will collaborate closely with the wider Red Bull & Grocery Channel teams, including National Account Teams, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Marketing, and Category Management. The strategic direction aligns with the company's key pillars within the Off Premise sales team.
This role involves P&L review and analysis across Asda, supporting and developing the joint business plan to deliver profitable growth. The NAE will work with the BUC and NAM to ensure the delivery of team objectives while focusing on distribution, share of space, and additional placements to increase value share.
Responsibilities:
1. Achievement of Growth Targets: Deliver growth aligned with business plans relevant to customer and Red Bull priorities. Evaluate activities within the account for continuous improvement.
2. Forecasting and Evaluation: Forecast, drive growth, and monitor account development to inform business decisions. Manage invoicing processes in collaboration with Finance. Ensure accurate volume forecasts and evaluate past activities for future planning. Manage finance and operations cycles, including month-end close, sales & operations planning, and channel reviews. Share weekly customer EPOS data with relevant teams.
3. Customer Contact Strategy: Proactively manage customer relationships, conducting timely meetings with key contacts such as Commercial, Logistics, Category, Finance, and Operations to develop the business plan.
4. Internal Contact Strategy: Build and maintain relationships within Red Bull to meet account KPIs, collaborating with Category Management, Logistics, Finance, Net Revenue Management, Brand, and Shopper Marketing teams.
5. Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador to customers, the trade, and within Red Bull, reflecting the brand values to enhance brand perception.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
* Proven track record of achievement in a commercial environment
* Experience in negotiating and managing joint business plans
* Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
* Ability to analyze and utilize sales data and insights effectively
