3. Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
4. Develop and present detailed reports to inform strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Research & Insights Manager should have:
11. Previous experience managing or supervising a team (team of 2)
12. A strong background in data analysis and research methodologies.
13. Proven experience working in customer service or related fields.
14. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
15. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
16. An ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
17. Knowledge of public sector operations and compliance standards.
18. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
