Job Title: Support Workers – CYP (Children & Young People)

The Role
As a CYP Support Worker, you will:
* Provide structured, therapeutic support to children and young people
* Encourage positive development through patience, understanding, and consistency
* Maintain accurate daily records and reports
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, our Care Management Team, and external agencies
* Promote a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment
Essential Requirements
* The Right to Work in the UK
* Minimum 6 months’ UK experience in a similar CYP setting
* Three references (2 professional, 1 character)
* In-date PMVA or Team Teach certificate (PMVA-trained applicants must be willing to complete Team Teach training)
* Enhanced Child DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care preferred)
