Qualifications
GCSE Grade A-CDriver
Has competed in a sport
Has coached a sport
Good communication and people skills
Confidence in speaking with and motivating others
A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
The ability to stay organised and manage time effectively
Enthusiasm for learning new skills and improving knowledge
A positive and encouraging attitude when working with gym members
