The successful candidate will support the Finance Team with raising invoices, preparing and issuing reports, completing straightforward spreadsheet work, and carrying out credit card and fuel card reconciliations. You will also assist with other general finance administration tasks, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.
* Raising and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
* Preparing, updating, and distributing financial and management reports.
* Completing straightforward spreadsheet work using Excel.
* Carrying out credit card and fuel card reconciliations.
* Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
* Supporting the Finance Team with general administrative tasks.
* Assisting with ad hoc finance duties as required.
