Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for logistics, data, and driving performance improvements? Fentimans, the award-winning botanically brewed drinks company, is looking for a Logistics & Planning Analyst to join our UK Supply Chain team.
About the Role
As a key member of our operations function, you'll be responsible for delivering robust reporting and analysis to support daily logistics, inventory management, and the wider S&OP process. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations, drive efficiencies, and maintain our reputation for excellent service.
What You'll Do
· Lead and represent logistics operations in cross-functional meetings.
· Deliver clear and actionable daily reporting and analysis on inventory, logistics, and supply chain performance.
· Manage weekly stock reconciliations with 3PL partners.
· Own the MYCHEP transaction process and ensure accurate reconciliations.
· Champion daily KPI performance, ensuring service levels such as OTIF (On Time In Full) are met and exceeded.
· Support customer service and wider supply chain teams with data-driven insights.
· Over time, lead root cause analysis sessions and projects to improve processes and deliver cost savings.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
· Strong Excel skills and confidence working with complex data.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt across different stakeholders.
· Curious and confident with systems, specially PowerBi and understanding Power Queries; ERP experience is desirable.
· Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to use data to drive results.
· Growth mindset, motivated, and process-driven.
Desirable:
· 2+ years in an analysis, logistics, or manufacturing role.
· Knowledge of S&OP processes and warehouse/supply chain operations.
· Experience with PowerBI, Power Automate, or AI-powered analytics tools.
· FMCG or drinks industry experience.
· Familiarity with MYCHEP and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Netsuite).

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
