Aspris
Residential support worker
Posted: 13 July
Offer description

At Aspris, we believe that all young people deserve the best chance to grow, develop, and receive support that prepares them for a bright future. Our Residential Support Workers are crucial in helping us achieve our vision.

What The Role Looks Like

As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll provide emotional support to our young people and assist with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and getting to school. If working a weekend shift, you will have opportunities for outings to theme parks, bowling alleys, cinemas, and zoos—making your work experience enjoyable and engaging.

While there will be challenging times, especially as our homes support young people with autism, learning difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs, our Residential Support Workers find the relationships and memories created to be highly rewarding. Seeing a young person overcome difficulties and make progress is truly fulfilling.

Located in a rural part of Southampton, Ewan House is a children's home for up to five young people with behavioral, emotional, and social difficulties.

All candidates must have a Full UK driving licence.
