It’s not about what you know. It’s who you are. As a Hire Controller, you’ll be doing one of the most important jobs in our business—looking after our customers. This involves building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them do it better.
In this role, you will work in the customer contact centre dealing with major customers. You’ll be responsible for delivering a best-in-class service, using your product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities. Your days will include communicating with customers via telephone, email, and website requests. You will manage inbound and outbound calls to regional customers from one of our customer offices.
You’ll manage an order from enquiry to post-hire feedback, taking ownership of the customer journey and building relationships with regular customers. Additionally, you will manage daily deliveries and collections within the depot. You should be a great coordinator, enjoy planning and organizing, and thrive in a busy but friendly team environment.
