A well capitalised investment firm with a committed pipeline of residential-led developments across London and the South of England is looking to appoint a Development Manager.
The role will involve leading projects from acquisition through to delivery, including planning, design, procurement and construction. You will work closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure schemes are delivered on time and within budget.
Candidates should have a track record of leading prime or high-quality residential developments, ideally in London or the South East. A degree in a property, construction or cost management discipline is required, alongside the ability to manage stakeholders across the development life-cycle.

Please note that this is a Development Manager level role reporting into a Development Director, we are looking for less than 8-10 years of experience within the property industry with scope to grow as this is a not a senior level role.
