I sometimes need help with travel arrangements, filling out forms, and staying organized with appointment times, medications, and follow-up notes. The helper should be respectful, discreet, and able to communicate clearly. I’d prefer local travel by public transport or car, and I’d appreciate someone who can stay with me for the entire visit or just assist with getting there and back depending on the day. Basic safety awareness and experience with elderly or disabled individuals would be a plus.
