My client is seeking a Litigation Secretary / Paralegal to join our busy Dispute Resolution team. This is a full-time role focused primarily on providing administrative support to fee earners within the department.
This position would suit someone looking to gain or build on experience within a legal environment, particularly those interested in a stable support role rather than a short-term training pathway.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to the Dispute Resolution team
* Managing files and maintaining accurate case records
* Drafting and preparing basic legal documents and correspondence
* Handling client communications via telephone and email
* Diary management and scheduling appointments
* General administrative duties to support fee earners
Requirements
* Previous experience within a law firm is desirable but not essential
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* law degress
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* High level of attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
