Description and Requirements
The team member will interact with Customers (50%), internal customers pricing, contracting, supply chain – 25%) and Sales teams external (25%). The role is instrumental for increasing our Sellers efficiency and focus on our customers, with direct sales efforts with defined customers. Responsibilities include:
1. Contract Management
2. Direct Sales efforts with defined customers
3. Proposal and Price Quotes Creation
4. Supply chain - update information to customers as defined with sales
5. Solution Design / Configuration
6. Process Education and New Tools Testing
7. Escalations and prioritization with aligned functions as Pricing, Supply Chain, Product management, Finance, Channel…
8. Audit ready documentation creation and storage maintenance
You'll bring:
9. Written and verbal English language, additional European language skills are an advantage
10. At least 2-3 years experience in Customer Service service, back office, sales or sales support
11. Strong PC Background (Word, Excel, etc.)
12. Customer Satisfaction and Customer Escalation Management experience
13. Facilitation and collaboration skills
14. Flexibility to manage multiple concurrent tasks / projects / priorities

Base Gross Monthly Salary: Starting from 1890 EUR per month
Commission: 30% of total on-target earnings
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Starting from 32400 EUR per annum
Higher earnings possible based on performance.
