Sales Administrator Up to £28,000 plus benefits Chadderton - Office-Based Role My Client, a well-established SME, now has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a great role for candidates who enjoy a varied and fast-paced position. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The role is fully office-based, with working hours of 8am 4pm, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week). Candidates who are available immediately are highly desirable, although those with notice periods will also be considered. Duties include: Process sales orders. Accurately enter, monitor and maintain picking lists and invoices. Liaise with Sales Managers, Stock Control, and external transport providers to ensure products are available, prices are correct, and orders are delivered on time. Check customer accounts and payment history. Liaise with Goods Outwards to manage delivery scheduling. Build and maintain relationships with customers, transport providers, and external stores to ensure customer needs are met. Arrange transport to ensure appropriate and timely delivery of goods. Handle customer enquiries via phone and email. Provide after-sales support. Key Skills Required: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
