Job Purpose
This role will suit someone who is passionate about making a difference to students and schools whilst undertaking B2B sales. The role will include developing and implementing sales strategies to sell tuition packages to schools across the UK. This role is responsible for identifying leads and engaging with key personnel to introduce and sell tuition packages for students increasing our client base.
Main Responsibilities
* Perform market analysis whilst collaborating with internal teams to create sales strategies.
* Administrative duties to support lead generation, including outbound and inbound activities and database building.
* Identify key stakeholders within schools
* Proactively call and engage schools
* Meet with potential clients to demonstrate service offer
* Maintain and grow existing clients through relationships with school contacts building long-term relationships with key decision makers
* Maintain accurate CRM records
* Achieve and exceed KPI’s and sales targets
* Monitor trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategy
* Send out marketing materials to schools
* Attend conferences and marketing events across the country
* Follow up on sales leads from other teams
* Write proposal documents, negotiate fees and rates
* To send accurate, precise and professional emails in a timely manner
* Any other Ad-Hoc duties
* Support other members of staff and roles as required.
What you’ll bring as a Sales Executive
* Proven experience selling, ideally within the education sector
* Self-drive to perform high level of outbound sales activities and achieve KPI’s
* Strong communication and rapport building skills
* A target driven, results focused attitude
* A passion for helping students and schools achieve their best outcomes.
* An ability to predominately work from home with 1-2 days a week meeting with schools across the country
* An ability to attend a day’s work from our Marlow (Buckinghamshire) once a month or as required.
* Based within North Kent or South London
This role is available as a term-time only contract but can be discussed as a full-time contract for the right candidate.
Salary: 30-35k/annum (basic) + uncapped OTE
