We are looking for Trustee applicants with health care experience at a senior management or board level who will support the Executive Board to deliver our organisational strategy and ensure we deliver the care our community needs. If you are a confident communicator with a desire to use those skills to support a local charity, we would love to hear from you. Your expertise, insight and judgment could make a real difference to the lives of the local people we support.
Key Details
* Hours: Up to 6 early‑evening board meetings and up to 4 clinical governance meetings during the working day per year, plus reading and evaluation of papers and occasional participation in internal and external events.
* Closing date: Friday 28 November at 5pm
* Interview dates: 9 and 15 December 2025 at Watford Peace Hospice
* Salary: Voluntary role / unpaid

* Clinical experience in community care
* Knowledge of Care Quality Commission standards
* Understanding of safeguarding (adults and children)
