Responsibilities
Business Development
* Be a key figure in maintaining and growing strong client relationships.
* Contribute discipline expertise to bids, tenders, and CTRs.
* Support marketing and maintain the strong reputation of Optimus Plus.
Engineering Leadership
* Act as the contract focal point for our Structural Integrity services.
* Oversee and approve structural designs, ensuring compliance and quality.
* Allocate work efficiently, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
* Uphold competence standards and support continual team development.
Commercial Responsibility
* Manage discipline budgets through our time-writing system.
* Handle commercial variations and change control.
* Liaise with clients on billing and performance issues.
* Report on commercial and operational performance at senior level.
