Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support to staff across the firm, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
* Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
* Assist with Azure Active Directory tasks such as user provisioning and access control
* Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 devices and mobile platforms
* Log and track incidents using ITSM tools, escalating where necessary
* Contribute to internal documentation and process improvements
